Mrs. Forbess / Dr. Calleja both teach "motor skills" course - game orientated or based on skill development? Check syllabi/ discuss possibilities with Dr. C.

Deadline: End Fall 2008

- Check Syllabi / Talk to prof who teaches the course

- Discuss plans with possible committee members (PE pedagogy, Technology, Qual/Quan research) Deadline: Spring 2009

- Create Time line for Research (Use wizard)

4) Using scaffolding to encourage gradual learning: from closed to open scaffolds.

5) Scavenger Hunt: Students need to learn how to use a wiki: use scavenger hunt to get them orientated.

6) Wiki- Assignment:

• Create an outline
• Have students choose a topic from the outline
• First Author articles
• Second Author articles
• Commenting
• Formatting
• The practical side: Creating Games Collaboratively
• Teacher responsibility: outline the assignment + create a screencast on how to do the assignment
